Once a week for 50 min or 1 hour and 30 min.
Does offering a Collegium Seminar effect other departmental duties?
It is optional for a faculty member to choose to teach a collegium seminar. Faculty should inform their chair that they are teaching in order to receive excess compensation.
What are the class sizes for a Collegium Seminar?
The limit for a collegium seminar is 18 students.
What are the expectations of student assessment? Are there grades, or is it credit/no credit?
The collegium seminar is graded credit/no credit. Faculty are asked to clearly state how credit is granted in their syllabus.
